This site is operated by Satpal Juttla, a sole trader based in West London. This policy explains what personal data I collect through satpaljuttla.com, why, and what rights you have over it.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and business type you provide. I use this only to respond to your enquiry.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how it's used, but only if you agree to it. When you first visit, you're asked whether to allow analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Why I collect it

To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, and — with your consent — to understand and improve the site using Google Analytics.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you, and — if we go on to work together — for the duration of our working relationship plus whatever period my accounting and legal obligations require.

Who I share it with

I don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are processed through Netlify, my hosting provider. Analytics data, where you've consented to it, is processed through Google Analytics.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or ask me to delete the personal data I hold about you, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@satpaljuttla.com or use the cookie preferences link in the footer.
